Nestled among the captivating Velebit mountains, this family-friendly camping site melds outdoor adventure with a welcoming atmosphere. My family of four appreciated the diverse activities available, from hiking to team-building programs offered by the nearby adventure park. The bungalow we stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing ample space for our little ones. With lovely views—when not obstructed by a rebellious RV—we enjoyed the serene surroundings. Our mornings began with a delightful breakfast featuring local products, especially the cheese schkripavac, which I couldn’t resist. While the gulash served for dinner presented some chewy pieces—an issue for me—it didn’t overshadow our overall experience. The warm hospitality of the owner and helpful staff made our stay smoother, and the proximity to nature offered countless options for exploration. Despite a couple of hiccups, Rizvan City remains on my radar for future visits. It's a perfect escape for families seeking comfort without sacrificing adventure.
